How it works.

One platform between your ERP and every invoice channel.

EVIEDA runs outbound and inbound invoices through one platform: to customers, from suppliers, and to government portals. Here’s what that means in practice.

From paper and retyping to the right format for every country.
I

Outbound and inbound, in the same layer.

Outbound · AR

From your ERP to every customer.

  • The right format for every country, with no changes to your ERP.
  • Delivered through whichever channel your customer uses: Peppol, portals, government platforms, EDI, PDF or post.
  • Delivery, status and payment visibility for every invoice, from order to cash.
Inbound · AP

From every supplier into your ERP.

  • Received through the same layer and channels.
  • Fed into your ERP over the connection you already use for outbound.
  • One point of contact for both directions, not two vendors.

Real-time reporting

Outbound and inbound flows in a single view.

Audit trail

Every invoice traceable, from dispatch to receipt.

Cash-flow visibility

See where every invoice stands, and when the money should land.

II

Every channel, one connection.

Your ERP talks to EVIEDA over API or sFTP. EVIEDA handles the rest, per country and per recipient.

Peppol

Europe’s e-invoicing network, both directions.

Government platforms

The platforms individual countries mandate for e-invoicing.

Customer and AP portals

For customers that want suppliers to invoice through their portal.

EDI

For trading partners that run on EDI.

PDF and email

For recipients not yet receiving electronically.

Print and mail

Same scope, for whoever still wants paper.

III

ViDA: Europe goes all-in on e-invoicing.

ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age) is the EU package, adopted in 2025, that digitises invoicing and VAT reporting across the EU. Every member state fills in the details its own way.

One European standard

The structured e-invoice becomes the norm for invoicing across the EU.

National mandates

Member states no longer need EU approval to mandate e-invoicing, and they’re moving fast, each with its own platforms and formats.

Digital reporting

By 2030, businesses will report intra-EU invoices to tax authorities almost in real time.

Every country doing it its own way means a new project every time, unless one layer sits in between. With EVIEDA, a new obligation is a configuration change.

IV

Mandatory e-invoicing is spreading.

More and more European countries mandate structured e-invoices. EVIEDA tracks them all. This is where things stand.

V

Live in four steps.

  1. 1

    Compliance scan

A 30-minute call. You leave with a per-country overview: which countries, which channels, where the manual work happens.

  2. 2

    Connect

One connection to your ERP over API or sFTP. No ERP transformation project.

  3. 3

    Map and test

Formats and routes per country, channel and entity, tested before go-live.

  4. 4

    Live

Small changes take days after go-live. A new country or connection takes longer.

Steps 2 to 4: around six weeks

Which countries, which channels, and where the manual work happens, in an overview that’s yours to keep.

True custom work

How pricing works

Based on annual volume and agreed scope: countries, entities, connections and channels. Never per user.

One contract, one monthly fee. A new country isn’t a separate invoice, though it can change the scope, and with it the monthly fee.

What happens when…

Same contract

No separate invoice.

The country joins your existing contract. The scope, and the monthly fee, may change.
