What data we process

When you request a compliance scan through this site, we process what you enter: your email address, your comment and the selected number of countries, plus the page from which you submitted the form. We use this data only to contact you and schedule the scan, and we keep it no longer than needed for that purpose.

Cookies and measurement

On your first visit we show a cookie choice; the choice itself is stored in your browser. Only if you accept do we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. Google places cookies for this (such as _ga, kept for up to two years) and may process data on servers outside the EU. If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your choice at any time via this link.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with parties that help us run this site, such as our hosting provider, and, after your consent, with Google for the statistics described above.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to processing. Email scan@smarteinvoice.com to do so. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
